Our 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef is from breeds of cattle selected for their ability to finish on grass-only diets. Our intensively-managed grazing program ensures proper nutrition and weight gain throughout their life. Our low-stress stockmanship techniques ensure that the animals are happy, comfortable, and not stressed. The end result being a very healthy, tender, and flavorful product that you will immediately recognize. Quality meats and products are what we are all about! All beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility, unless otherwise arranged for whole animals.

Custom Cut Quarters and Halves
Quarters and halves available for your custom cutting instructions. You communicate directly with the processor, and get exactly what you want.
Pricing is by hanging weight, you pay processor separately.
Beef Sampler Bundles
Our sampler bundles are a great way to get the variety you want, without the volume of a half or quarter.
Our current sampler consists of 5# steaks, 5# roasts, and 10# of ground beef.
